| Patterned Conveyor Belt |
Product feature:
Patterned conveyor belt is composed of belt carcass and pattern. Pattern shape and height
(depth) may be different because of different conveyed material and of conveyor.
1.Shape and characteristics
On surface of the belt, there is chevron pattern higher than the belt body. The pattern may be
either open-end or closed. Each kind of pattern includes three types of high, medium and low.
2.Usage
Suitable for convey powdered, granulated and small lump materials at the gradient of no more
than 45°. It can also convey packaged materials.

5.Rubber cover thickness: 1.5-12mm

7.Pattern depth: 1-30mm
Matters to attention:
Can’t be used with other type of belts.

Tearing resistant Conveyor Belt
Product feature:
Between the rubber cover and the carcass, there is the cross direction reinforced layer, so
that the belts have the advantage of high rigidity, tear resistant, mar resistance and etc
except for the common belts features. They are suitable for the special requirement of rigidity
of the cross direction or conveying the materials that cause heavy scratch to the belts.
Products Character:
Structure: According to the cross direction reinforced layer materials, there are buffer layer
type and cross piece type. According to the position of the cross direction reinforced layer,
there are single layer and double layer types.
Buffer layer type: use the buffer layer (such as cord fabric or steel meshes as the cross
direction reinforced layer.
Cross piece type: use the cross rope or steel wires as the cross direction reinforced layer.
Single layer type: Only for the working cover
Double layer type: Both covers have the reinforced material.
